On the job since

2025

I started this shop to do one thing well for the businesses I drive past every day.

First impressions matter, and faded, crooked parking-lot lines are a quiet liability — for safety, for ADA compliance, and for the way your customers feel before they ever walk in.

Because I work solo, you get one phone, one truck, and one person on the job. I'll measure your lot myself, send you a fair quote within twenty-four hours, and personally stripe every line. If it's not right, you'll know who to call.

Quality traffic paint, careful surface prep, lines that hold up to plows and salt.

What I stripe.

Commercial parking lot striping is the focus. Re-striping, ADA work, fire-lane marking, and custom stencils. New services are coming as the shop grows.

A few things worth knowing.

The most common questions I get from property managers and business owners.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. I aim to get your written estimate back within one business day.

What areas do you serve?

Lansing, East Lansing, Holt, Bath, DeWitt, St. Johns, Grand Ledge, Okemos, Williamston, Mason, Charlotte, and Potterville. Outside that zone? Ask — small travel fee may apply.

How long does parking lot striping take?

Most lots are completed in a few hours. Larger or more complex layouts can run a full day. I'll give you a realistic window before scheduling.

How long will the striping last?

One to two years is typical, depending on traffic volume, salt, and how aggressively your lot is plowed. Re-striping is much cheaper than the first install.

What kind of paint do you use?

High-quality traffic paint built for visibility and long-term performance against snow, salt, and plows.

What happens if it rains on the day of service?

I'll reschedule at no extra charge. Striping over wet pavement doesn't bond — better to wait a day than redo it in a month.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, and most major credit and debit cards. Itemized invoices and receipts sent by email.

Tell me about your lot.

Photos help, but aren't required — I can pull your lot up on satellite to scope a quote.
