About
First impressions matter, and faded, crooked parking-lot lines are a quiet liability — for safety, for ADA compliance, and for the way your customers feel before they ever walk in.
Because I work solo, you get one phone, one truck, and one person on the job. I'll measure your lot myself, send you a fair quote within twenty-four hours, and personally stripe every line. If it's not right, you'll know who to call.
One operator means consistent quality, no surprises, no surcharges.

Quality traffic paint, careful surface prep, lines that hold up to plows and salt.
Services
Commercial parking lot striping is the focus. Re-striping, ADA work, fire-lane marking, and custom stencils. New services are coming as the shop grows.
Primary service
01Crisp new layouts on fresh asphalt or full re-striping over an existing, faded lot. I lay out stalls, drive lanes, and signage for safe traffic flow and maximum capacity.
Compliance
02Accessible stalls, access aisles, and signage at current federal dimensions. The most-cited liability gap in old lots — and the easiest to get right.
Safety
03Code-compliant fire-lane striping, no-parking zones, hatched keep-clear areas, and pedestrian crosswalks.
Custom
04Reserved-spot lettering, directional arrows, EV charging, loading zones, and brand-specific custom stencils.

FAQ
The most common questions I get from property managers and business owners.
Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. I aim to get your written estimate back within one business day.
Lansing, East Lansing, Holt, Bath, DeWitt, St. Johns, Grand Ledge, Okemos, Williamston, Mason, Charlotte, and Potterville. Outside that zone? Ask — small travel fee may apply.
Most lots are completed in a few hours. Larger or more complex layouts can run a full day. I'll give you a realistic window before scheduling.
One to two years is typical, depending on traffic volume, salt, and how aggressively your lot is plowed. Re-striping is much cheaper than the first install.
High-quality traffic paint built for visibility and long-term performance against snow, salt, and plows.
I'll reschedule at no extra charge. Striping over wet pavement doesn't bond — better to wait a day than redo it in a month.
Cash, check, and most major credit and debit cards. Itemized invoices and receipts sent by email.
