Lansing Pavement Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned parking lot striping company based in Lansing, Michigan, founded in 2025. This Privacy Policy explains how we treat the personal information you share with us through lansingpavementservices.com.
02 What information we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide. That includes:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The job-site address or property address you'd like us to quote (optional)
- Project details you enter in the contact form or instant quote calculator (number of stalls, ADA needs, curb footage, etc.)
- Any message or notes you choose to send us
We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or any other financial account data through this website.
03 How we collect it
Information reaches us through three channels on this website:
- The contact form in the “Get in touch” section.
- The instant quote calculator, when its estimate is attached to a contact-form submission.
- Standard website cookies needed for the site to function (these don't track you across other sites).
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, third-party advertising tools, CRMs, or marketing automation platforms. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date above will reflect it.
04 Why we collect it
The only reasons we ask for your information are:
- To respond to your quote request with a written estimate.
- To schedule a job if you decide to move forward.
- To follow up after a completed job, including offering yearly free re-striping reminders (you can opt out at any time).
We will not use your information for any other purpose without first asking you.
06 Data security
We take reasonable, common-sense precautions to protect your information — including limiting who has access to it and storing it only on accounts that are protected by strong passwords. We retain quote-related information only as long as needed to service your request and any reasonable follow-up.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07 Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask us to delete the personal information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct something that's inaccurate.
- Ask for a copy of any information we have about you.
- Opt out of any future communications, including yearly re-striping reminders.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. We'll respond within a reasonable amount of time, typically within a few business days.
08 Service area
We provide services exclusively in the Greater Lansing, Michigan area. This website is intended for visitors and customers in Michigan. While we welcome visitors from other states or countries, we do not currently target users outside Michigan and do not offer services beyond our service area.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted briefly on the home page so they don't slip past you.
