01 Services we offer

Lansing Pavement Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides commercial pavement marking and related services in the Greater Lansing, Michigan area. As of the “Last updated” date above, that includes:

• Parking lot line striping and re-striping
• ADA-compliant accessible stalls and access aisles
• Fire-lane and safety markings
• Custom stencils and symbols
• Curb painting (including over-4-inch curbs)

Other services may be added over time. The version of this list shown on our home page at the time you book is the binding one for your project.

02 Quotes & estimates

The instant quote calculator on this site and any free quotes we send by email, phone, or text are estimates only. They're great for budgeting and comparing options, but they are not contracts.

All estimates are subject to change after an in-person inspection. Conditions like surface prep, weather, layout complexity, and access can affect final pricing. The final price is set in a written agreement after we see the lot in person.

No work is scheduled or guaranteed until you and we both agree to a written quote.

03 Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind every job. If a striping line, stencil, or curb painting we completed isn't right, let us know within a reasonable time after the job and we'll address the issue at no additional charge before considering the work complete.

The guarantee covers craftsmanship — not normal wear from traffic, snowplows, salt, or weather, and not changes you ask us to make after the job is finished.

04 Yearly re-striping reminders

Parking lot striping typically lasts one to two years depending on traffic, plowing, and weather. As a free service to past customers, we may reach out about a year after each completed job to offer a free re-striping quote and a friendly reminder.

You can opt out at any time — just let us know by phone, email, or by replying to any reminder, and we'll remove you from future contact.

05 Site content ownership

All content on this website — including text, photos, the logo, the design, and the instant quote calculator logic — is owned by Lansing Pavement Services LLC. You're welcome to view it, share links to it, and tell people about us.

You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or use any of this content for a competing business or commercial purpose without written permission.

06 Visitor conduct

By using this site you agree to:

• Not spam the contact form or use it to send promotional, automated, or harassing messages.
• Not abuse the instant quote calculator, including using bots or scripts to overload it.
• Not copy or scrape content from the site for republication or competing use.
• Provide accurate information when you submit a quote request.

This website is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that every image, price, or piece of information is perfectly current at every moment. If something looks off, please reach out and we'll confirm directly.

Pricing shown by the instant quote calculator is for budgeting purposes and is not a binding offer. The same is true of any rough verbal estimate given over the phone before an in-person look at the lot.

08 Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Michigan law, our total liability for any claim related to a job we perform is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, lost business while a lot is being re-striped, weather delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that legally cannot be limited.

09 Governing law

These Terms & Conditions, and any agreement between us and a customer, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the appropriate state or county courts of Michigan.
